自己紹介
Upon entering college, the first book I laid my hands on was Chomsky's "Language and Mind".
It was a breath-taking experience. That was my first sign of penchant for linguistics. Then I came
across Ferdinand Saussure's "La Langue Generale et La Langue Francaise" in a French class.
That decided my destiny: I focused on linguistics at college.
I got married soon after leaving
school. I stayed in France, Sultanate of Oman, and England. Being exposed to foreign languages and
cultures further made marvel at what language is and how language patterns work in our minds.
I have been, and shall be a humble student of linguistics. I hope to share my devoted passion of
linguistics with you.
